Our baby carrots are harvested and gently peeled by hand. These sweet, healthful carrots with green tops are a gourmet favorite.
Honey Roasted Carrots with Ginger & Rosemary
INGREDIENTS:
- baby carrots
- honey
- butter
- fresh rosemary leaves
- fresh ginger, grated (fine)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450 and select baking pan.
- Rinse carrots and lay out on baking pan in single layer.
- Melt honey and butter together.
- Grate (fine) ginger into honey/butter mixture.
- Baste honey/butter /ginger on carrots.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary leaves over carrots.
- Put pan in 450 oven.
- After 10 minutes, shake pan so carrots move around a bit.
- Return to oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place in serving dish.
- Sprinkle a few more rosemary leaves on top.
- Serve – yummy!
