Southern Selects Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

  • 8 oz. Southern Selects Brussels sprouts
  • 2 TBS. olive oil
  • 1 TBS. chopped garlic
  • 4 TBS. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat olive oil, in a large sauté pan, over medium heat.

Add garlic and blend for 15-30 seconds.

Add Brussels sprouts and stir until they are well coated.

Add red bell pepper, stir, reduce heat to low and cover.

Continue cooking 4-5 minutes until Brussels sprouts are fully cooked.

Place into serving bowl, season with salt and pepper and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
